We had a wonderful time at the Herbal Affair and Festival in Sand Springs today. It was chilly (around 50 F) all day, so we could only bring one animal with us, Chi-chi the Chinchilla. We did set up with educational materials for the first time.

The NSU Big Event was today. Every year for the past two years students from NSU came out to volunteer their time to help Zoo Safari USA with anything that needs to be done.
This year they came out and raked leaves, picked up sticks and removed a lot of logs. Also was able to move large rocks for future exhibits. We are very grateful for the hard work that they have done!
